Drum Teacher in Austin, TX
General Information
- Lessons are one on one instruction and your choice of 1/2 hour or one hour in duration.
- Take lessons in our studio or on-line using FaceTime or Skype.
- Monthly tuition includes a lesson each week on the same day and time. Single classes are available as well.
- Professional quality instruments are provided for your use in our studio.
- Your first lesson is FREE!
- Payment in advance is required to schedule additional lessons or camps.
Minimum Requirements
- Having a Drumset at home is not necessary to get started.
- A pair of drumsticks, a method book, and something to play on at home such as a practice pad (or drum) is required to get started. These materials cost aound $50. A sturdy music stand is also recommended.
- Drumsets are available to take home on a rent to own basis starting at $39/month. Ask us for details!
- Recommended for ages 7 years and up. Younger ones are considered on a case by case basis.
Drumset and School Band Percussion Lessons
Drum Lessons for Kids and Teens
Students learn fundamentals of music and rhythm using the Drumset. They learn to count beats and learn to read music. Then take that knowledge and apply to popular music like Rock, Pop, Hip Hop, Jazz...or anything they like and want to learn. It is a fun, practical way to enjoy and understand music!
Drum Lessons for Adults
Are you a 60 year old beginner? You can do this! Maybe a young adult who can play but not getting any better? Maybe you are already in a band and need to improve?
We teach adults from beginner - advanced levels.
